PAYMENT POLICIES: We accept credit cards through Paypal from a verified account only for immediate shipment processing.
SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING: It takes approximately 1-3 days (not including weekends and holidays) to process your order. We make every attempt to ship you orders out the same day the order is placed. Our shipping method is USPS or UPS. We will inform you when the item is shipped so that you can estimate when to expect the order (up to 10 days, not including processing time).
Some items will be shipped to you directly by our supplier. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you need the item by a certain date, please contact us before your purchase, so that we can confirm availability and shipping time.
SHIPPING CALCULATION and DELIVERY: Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the method of shipping you choose, the items selected, weight, and the shipping destination. We charge actual shipping charges only. Delivery times are based on shipping destination (up to 10 days, not including processing time).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please contact us for a shipping quote. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees. We advise that you check with your customs agency prior to placing a order.
PRODUCT CONDITION: All products are examined and sold new to our customers. We work closely with our suppliers and warehouses to ensure the quality of our products. Should there be a manufacturer's defect in the item only then can we exchange the product. You may give us a call to get the return merchandise authorization (RMA)
RETURN POLICY: Unfortunately, because the types products we sell are specialty items that are used once we cannot accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will however replace an item due to shipping out the wrong item. We will ship out the correct item and issue a full refund. If the item you received is defective please notify us within 3 business days so that we can issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to return the item to us. We cannot accept returns because of change of heart or used products. All products must be returned with original labels affixed.
Please follow these instructions to return merchandise after receiving the RMA.
1. Send the item in its original packaging.
2. Pack item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process (include copy of original invoice).
3. Use secure shipping method to track item. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process refund until the return item is received by us.
CORRECT ADDRESS: All address correction charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please verify that the shipping address is correct, an incorrect address could delay the shipment or that the item cannot be delivered.
BACKORDER/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We will notify you if there is a backorder or we are out of stock on some items. You may at that time decide to cancel or move forward with the order.
